These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the Orazek Affiliate Program operated by Orazek UK Ltd, located at:

By registering as an affiliate, you agree to comply with these terms.

 

1. Program Overview

 

The Orazek Affiliate Program allows approved individuals or businesses (“Affiliates”) to promote products from https://www.orazek.com and earn 10% commission on qualifying purchases made through their unique affiliate links. The affililate marketers are eligible to enjoy 50% discount in any products from the store without any quantity, timelimit and minimum spendings. The 50% discount code will be provided via registered email and will be considered as personal use only. The code should not be shared with anyone else, not even customers.

Participation in the program is subject to approval by Orazek UK Ltd.

 

2. Affiliate Eligibility

 

To participate, affiliates must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate registration information
  • Comply with applicable laws and advertising regulations
  • Not promote Orazek in any misleading, illegal, or unethical way

Orazek reserves the right to approve or reject any application.

 

3. Affiliate Links

 

Approved affiliates will receive a unique referral link or code to promote Orazek products.

Commissions are only earned when:

  • A customer clicks the affiliate link
  • The payment is completed successfully
  • The order is not cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent

Orazek is not responsible for tracking failures due to browser settings, ad blockers, or technical issues.

 

4. Commission Structure

 

Affiliate commissions are determined by Orazek UK Ltd and may change at any time.

Commissions will be visible in the dashboard after 7 days of customers' payment and order creation. Orders that are refunded, cancelled, or disputed will not qualify for commission.

 

5. Payment Terms

 

Affiliate commissions may be paid via methods determined by Orazek (such as PayPal or bank transfer).

Payments may be issued:

  • Anytime via auto-paid
  • After reaching the minimum payout requirement of £50.

Orazek reserves the right to delay payments for fraud checks or refund periods.

 

6. Prohibited Promotion Methods

 

Affiliates must NOT:

  • Use spam email or unsolicited messaging
  • Misrepresent Orazek products
  • Use false advertising
  • Use Orazek branding in domain names without permission
  • Bid on branded keywords in paid advertising without approval

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination.

 

7. Intellectual Property

 

Affiliates may use approved marketing materials provided by Orazek UK Ltd. All trademarks, logos, and brand assets remain the property of Orazek UK Ltd.

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

 

8. Termination

 

Orazek may terminate affiliate participation at any time if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected
  • Promotional methods damage the brand

Upon termination, unpaid commissions may be forfeited if violations occurred.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

 

Orazek shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect losses
  • Technical failures
  • Tracking interruptions
  • Third-party platform errors

Participation in the affiliate program is at the affiliate’s own risk.

 

10. Changes to the Program

 

Orazek may modify commission rates, rules, or program structure at any time.

Continued participation means acceptance of updated terms.

 

11. Governing Law

 

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
